"Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. "Our stay that the leveret was so peaceful and out of the way but not too far from shops and pubs. The cabin was so cosy and private. We ordered more logs from the owners and the response was quick and sonwere the logs. Everything was excellent, wish we stayed a little longer as went far too quick. Had lots of people asking where we staying as looked great on the videos we posted of the place. "

"Check in was busy due to many guests arriving at the same time but the staff dealt with it well and were very friendly. It's a beatiful old building with nice modern rooms. The bathroom was big with a walk in shower and a large bath. The restaurant dinner was really very good and also great service from the staff. I did not use the spa or pool facilities so can't comment on them."

"I attended a race meeting at Croft circuit. Booked one night in Holiday Inn. About 15mins from the track. It's right on the A1(M) at Scotch Corner. Room was smallish, but reasonable price. Bath has wall shower and handheld. No separate shower. Shampoo etc. provided. The bar is ok, although not so cosy. Shuts at 11pm sharp. Village nearby has a pub. You'll find it if you fancy eating out."
