"Hello, Stayed 2 nights in the compact full room upstairs. It is newly renovated and I was the 1st guest. There was plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. The lighting was sufficient and the window provided enough natural light. There were sufficient number of hangers. "Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. "The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available.
