"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Great location for the waterfalls, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice restaurant attached to the Hotel drinks are expensive but the food is reasonable, not the quickest service but if you are not in a rush it's fine. The bath could do with updating and a plug in the sink didn't fit well (put a flannel round plug fitted ok) Having a lot of work done to the front which will be nice when finished."

"When I booked the hotel I asked if I could be away to rest and relax but was placed by screaming children banging doors and running up the corridor and they were the same in the room next to us"
"Beautiful large country house in spectacular surroundings with a fantastic welcome from the gentleman at reception who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! A brilliant start!
The room was cosy and had everything one would expect and the shower was great too! The decor was so smart and well-suited to the rest of the property. We were lucky enough to be situated in the coach house on the ground floor so we had some French doors on to a patio table and chairs which was great to relax on such a warm day. Awesome!
Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t great at all. We didn’t know where to go so we made fools of ourselves twice by going into the wrong area before eventually finding the breakfast room.
We weren’t directed at all and nothing was explained to us. We weren’t directed at all. The food was displayed in silver trays with lids and whilst the food looked appetising, the utensils were kept inside the containers so they were as hot as the food was. Annoying. We got our coffee, but no milk so we had to go to fetch the milk intended for the cereal servings. The fruit looked awful and it was only once we’d sat down that we noticed the bread display on the other side of the room which was very dry. We got some toast but had to ask for butter as none was anywhere else. The servers were great, but they were obviously very busy and they could benefit from some proper training in terms of how to lay the tables and then clear tables productively. Overall breakfast very poor."
"Booked this hotel as me and my sister and children was going to the in it together festival and when looking it had the best reviews. Im glad I did the staff was lovely and very welcoming we enjoy the whole experience 😊"
"Not a great place to stop off, the rooms are very noisy, all night people walking to their rooms can be heard in your room as the floorboards make a horrendous sound. Also the hotel fans can be heard from your room all night. The bed is very uncomfortable and lumpy with springs making noises when you move, also when your partner moves the whole bed moves too. There’s only a skeleton staff on and one in particular done our checking in, our drinks, our food and breakfast the next day. This is poor management the poor girl was exhausted. The outside decking area is damaged and dangerous and to top it off the neighbours were playing loud music so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. Not recommended. Wouldn’t stay there again"
