"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well.

"The biggest complaint is the smell in the hallways. They allow pets and we can surely smell it. They charge people $70 per day to bring pets so I hope they are using that money to properly clean the carpets instead of pocketing it out of greed. The breakfast was okay. The staff saw me struggling with two heavy suitcases and a book bag and just stared at me which I thought was weird. Stay somewhere else if you want to be in walking distance to the harbor or Fells Point."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Terrible service. Terrible rooms. All around bad. I told the front desk I was unhappy with the rooms. I agreed to stay the night and pay for the night but refund my other 2 nights. They denied my refund after I left the state. The owners son was a complete piece of work. He told me none of what was going on was his problem. They refused to give me any names of people working but the day shift told me not much will be done about the owners son because well. It’s the owners son. Thanks WINGATE....
