"The room was very clean, bright and updated with a retro vibe. Pleasant surprise to see a fridge with room for an ice bag in freezer. One block walk to beach with access from property. They also had umbrellas and beach chairs & towels for use. Unfortunately with heat, walking to breakfast or downtown wasn’t desirable..and we’re big walkers. But there were good restaurants within 5-10 min drive without having to go to the town centre."

"House keeping, no English. No umbrellas by pool. Tried to ask staff for beach umbrellas or beach equipment, they couldn’t find the key to get items. Same garbage and bandaids stuck to pool deck all 5 days. Staff good with breakfast keeping it stocked up and tasting good. Staff for happy hour food and kitchen orders did good. Bar line gets long with bad weather could use two behind the bar for kitchen orders. All in all this was my 2nd trip here. I find this place relaxing."

"Homewood Suites is my go to for out of town trips. Never disappoints. Only complaint was a couple of hair strands were discovered in the bedding while doing my bedbug check and disinfectant routine.

"The hotel is good overall. The breakfast was nice, they had scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, yogurt, etc. The hotel has a small pool but not jacuzzi. The rooms were decent but I spent 3 days there and they never went to clean the room, I had to ask for clean towels all the time."
