The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is lovely, the rooms are small but really clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable we have slept in and if you can see my other reviews we are very very fussy! "Nos encantó hospedarnos aquí, en el centro de Brujas, en una plaza muy tranquila, con restaurantes cerca; la habitación muy amplia, con baño con tina y regadera (tiene escaleras pero para nosotros no fue un problema), pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in."

"Nous avons apprécié le design de l’hôtel ainsi que son emplacement (à distance de marche de la station de train et à distance de marche du centre, quartier tranquille). Par contre, la propreté n’était pas parfaite, nous y avons retrouvé quelques amas de poussière. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette pour le visage et le shampoing et le savon dans la douche semblaient avoir été laissés par des clients précédents (produits de pharmacie bas de gamme)? Aussi nous voyagions avec nos jeunes enfants...
