"I was terribly disappointed in the cleanliness of the halls and my room. The shower/tub had hair in it, the floor had some sort of food crumbs on the floor between the beds, and when I pulled back the bedding the sheet had a stain of some sort and more hair. The room was not cleaned properly. The bed was made but not changed and the trash was done. Other than that I believe it was skipped over.
