Got attacked by bed bugs! Room was not very clean. Didn’t have a working tv for 3 days. The staff wasnt very friendly. Unless you were a priority guest, you weren’t really treated the same. The resort was beautiful and on the beach. The only downfall was the food mediocre. Staff was very nice and responsive.
