"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. "Room, bathroom and bedding furniture & fixtures, etc was old rusted & dated! I came in from the USA staying for 5 days, my siblingsandI. There were NO WASH RAGS & and management refused to provide any, even after great pleading. I had to go to local store to purchase some. The bath & face towels were rough and discolored too! TV didn't work for all 5 days, attempted to repair was to no avail... Regretted my staying there... Management offered no compensation & no remorse!."
