"Everything was wonderful about this hotel!!! I absolutely love they served nachos and cheese and popcorn after 6:30 on the weekends. I happened to be there on the weekend. The ac unit worked wonderful! I was actually cold on a 108 degree day!! The staff was extremely sweet and extremely helpful! And I mean literally! Property was clean and so was My room! I didn't wake up for breakfast, as I checked out she even asked me how was My stay! Extremely awesome!"

"I was not allowed to check in because I lived within 35 miles of the property, it was a very hot night and our ac was out I picked this property because it was close and had a suite available to fit myself and my children."

"I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

"Very nicely kept clean well lit staff well dressed well behaved and smiling. We dropped a prayer mattress somewhere while loading out luggage while checking out once we found it missing called the hotel response was just great so on our return we collected the prayer mattress somewhere while thanks to the staff for keeping our prayer mattress safe and returning it on our return trip back home . That’s the service I appreciate will definitely make a stop every time I will pass through this city...

"Hotel was clean enough but you can tell it needs some up keep. Housekeeping struggled, we had to ask for towels daily and was often told they didn’t have any and that we would have to find housekeeping in the hallway and ask for some. Housekeeping only came to our room twice during our nine night stay. We have a family of five and we’re only given three towels. Parking in the evenings became and issue when multiple semi-trucks were taking up most of the parking spots."

"Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers."

"Employees were great. Elevator broke. Air-conditioner was goofy, shouldn't need instructions to get room cooled."

"The girl at the front desk was rude. We got there after 11pm. The office was closed didn't know how to get our room until a person that was staying there answered our question. There is a phone on the side of the office in a red box that looks like a first aid box. She answered and took about 3 minutes to come to the door."
