"When we arrived we met up with my parents and saw a live roach in the room. The staff sprayed in the area but it was no where to be found. It went into the thermostats in the wall. When we got to our room the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and the shower head was leaking pouring water on the floor. When we went to leave we noticed some stains on the sheets. Not the best experience. The breakfast was minimal."

"The guest laundry room was apparently an afterthought because it did not look like the equipment received any attention, the connection to utilities were bare and appeared to be left incomplete, and the overall impression was that it was unsanitary. I had also anticipated that over the course of my stay, some attention to my room might be made: instructions indicated that towels left on the floor would be replaced, yet when I left, there was only one towel remaining in the shelf and the pile...

"Staff was probably high on weed, hotel reeked in spots. Our room had ripped mattress covers, a dirty rag or shirt under the bed, stains on the walls, and dirt and grunge near the headboard. Disgusting and genuinely shocked by how dirty the room was. We didn't even unpack and left to find another hotel immediately."

"Overall we had a great first time trip to KY. The hotel provides a full breakfast and “dinner” each day but it lacked in variety. We were underwhelmed by the cleanliness of our room. The linens were dirty, there was vomit in the carpet and the furniture stank. We were disappointed in the bathroom amenities for the price we paid. The hotel is conveniently close to a grocery store, many restaurants and shops. There’s easy on/off hwy access to The Expo Center, which is only 11 miles away, as well...
