"I liked nothing about the room I reserved. The carpet smelled horrible and the shower water wouldn't get hot only warm. There were 2 sink holes in the floor that I unexpectedly sinked down in. Just an awful experience."

"City Mills Hotel did not disappoint. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were very welcoming and inviting. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will definitely recommend staying here we also will be returning for a future stay."
