"Hotel is beautiful in the public areas. Staff was wonderful. Night entertainment was great. When we first got there our room was awful. Stained carpet, ratty furniture not overly clean. But when front desk was called they found us a better room. So this was good. The new rom was way better but you could see if my was basically worn out. But it was clean so we said great. Once they get all the renovations done it will back to it beautiful standards. "

"We have always truly enjoyed our stay at " The Hamilton-Lakefront and Studio Suites in Hot Springs, AR. The room is always clean and stocked with everything you would need. Staff very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about the property. The balcony lakeside view of Lake Hamilton is breath taking at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and quiet. We have always enjoyed our stay here and will be returning.

"I picked this hotel because of proximity to downtown. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was SPOTLESS. We stayed in a cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Its a very quiet hotel. Now parking is pretty tight for large trucks on the cottage side if the lot is full. We lucked out and went when it was slow. We would have just parked on the other side of property if we had needed to. There are big ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which we loved. Also there is ac and heat in both...

"Water is right outside the sliding glass door. You get your own picnic bench, you have your own grill if you want to grill out ( and they even supply the charcoal) , there are portable fire pits you can use and put on your patio ( they supply the firewood for free also! what!? oh , yea). The bed was a little soft for my liking but I like a super firm bed so thats neglegable depending on what you like. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is, if you go in the fall or winter the lake...
