"Stay here a lot for work. This time our room had a terrible balcony could not see out we had a tall wall and roof shingles . I needed to extend our stay for 1 more night and the price jumped an extra $100 . I packed up and went to another hotel that was cheaper."

"The resort is conveniently located in one of the most happening areas of Palm Springs, a couple minutes walk to the art, museum and hiking trails, as well as easy access to shopping and food venues. Staff is helpful and courteous. I reported a broken coffee maker and it was immediately replaced. This is my second trip to this resort and will not be my last!"

"The hotel was great overall, great pool and several cabanas for use! Lots of lounge chairs. It was just a bit loud in the mornings. The cleaning staff start to roll the carts out by 9am, and there was construction on the property that started at about 9:30 as well. And the doors are weighted and can slam very loudly throughout the morning and day. Overall still a great stay, but if you like to sleep in this might be something to consider."

You have everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and there’s so much room for an entire family to enjoy without being all over each other. They have two pool’s and one of them is humongous. The property is clean and well maintained. You’re walking distance from the market, eateries coffee shops and just a couple of minutes from downtown and the Spa casino. "My room was tiny, as if a cupboard had been converted. The bed filled the room, there was no room for an armchair, for instance. I’d stayed at this resort before and had a bigger room with a kitchen/dining area. I felt like I was being punished for booking through Expedia, rather than directly. I stayed 4 nights and on 3 days I had to ask for clean towels. The room was tucked away in a corner of the resort. Too small to even have a window, there was a glass panel in the door which allowed some...
