The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked.
