Super schönes Hotel, mit toller Lage. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und toller Service. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit mehreren Pools und Dampfbädern Sauna. Zimmer sehr gross und toll eingerichtet. Mahlzeiten in Buffet Form und immer sehr leckeres und Abwechslung reiches Essen. Es gibt nichts negatives, war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolles sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Team das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die Verpflegung ist frisch hausgemacht mit teilweise einheimischen Speisen, da findet sich geschmacklich für jeden etwas Passendes. Natürlich ein Highlight das im Hotel befindliche saubere Schwimmbad mit Sauna, Whirlpool und zwei Damfbädern das täglich zum Verweilen einlädt, gerade in der kälteren Jahreszeit in der die Ostsee nicht so zum Baden einlädt. Der Bademeister liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und reicht einem im Whirpool einen leckeren Tee dessen Rezept er aber leider nicht verrät. ;-( Vielleicht verrät er es uns das nächste Mal. Ein weiteres großes Plus der kostenfreie Parkplatz auf dem umzäunten Gelände und auch die Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Fahrräder einzustellen. Vielen Dank für die schönen 14 Tage in eurem Hause. Als erstes ist das super nette und freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen zu erwähnen. Besser geht nicht. Das Schwimmbad inclusive Bademeister ist Klasse und in einem Top Zustand. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, schmeckt sehr gut und wird am Buffet ständig nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und werden täglich gereinigt. Schimmel im Bad sucht man vergebens, alles wie neu. Im Zimmer befindet sich sogar ein Safe, der im Preis inbegriffen ist. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng bei voller Belegung. Die Betten sind relativ weich und die Matratzen verschieben sich leicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und würde es nochmal buchen.

Der Pool samt Bademeister war einfach spitze, genau die richtige Temperatur und der Mann war sowas von aufmerksam, entweder kam er mit nem Tee, nem Spielzeug oder zum Abschluss nem Bonbon. Housekeeping hat zweimal (bei 6 Nächten) vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, bei Ankunft war das Hotel überbucht und wir mussten somit neben der Baustelle in einem schlechteren Zimmer schlafen... Anstatt der versprochenen Freigetränke wurden uns Spirituosen aufs Zimmer gebucht, welche wir garnicht verzehrt haben. Kinderanimation war auch nicht so wirklich vorhanden, stattdessen war eine ganz liebe Studentin da, die mit den Kindern spielte allerdings gestaltete sich das bei sivielen Nationalitäten als eher schwierig, da das arme Mädchen nur polnisch sprach und sichtlich zu tun hatte aber sie hatte stehts ein großes Lächeln auf den Lippen und war mega nett. An der Rezeption war teilweise schon englisch ein sehr großes Problem...
