10.0 trên 10, Ngoại hạng, (151 nhận xét)
"Other than a strange attitude from one of the hotel staff, our family had a wonderfully relaxing time at Casa Alebrije. The boutique hotel is 10/10. From the peaceful and well-kept garden to the complimentary espresso drinks, it's a great place for family get togethers or even a long weekend trip. Our room was spacious, clean and subtly themed with Alebrije lore. The balcony was undersold if advertised at all. It's like an oasis of calm in the midst of the excitement a few blocks away in...

"The good
1. great location
2. friendly staff
3. spacious room
4. quiet location
Needs improvement
1. Cobwebs in bathroom - needs to be more thoroughly cleaned
2. Wifi is poor at best - I had to hotspot to my phone for any semblance of speed
3. Some towels had holes
Generally had an excellent stay at this property and the staff were very kind which made the stay totally worthwhile"

"This is my third stay at Casa Tamayo. I absolutely love it here, it’s like a home from home. I always receive a warm welcome from the team. I stay in the comfort double room garden view, which is very spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable with premium bedding. The communal areas are lovely, especially the garden. It’s great to have access to free coffee and tea etc. It’s a charming and relaxing place to stay with the perfect location for exploring Coyoacan. I will be back!"

"Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't.
My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region."

"Excelente ubicación para compromisos en el sur de la ciudad. Rico buffet de desayuno. Buen valor. ¡Felicito al hotel por usar botellas de agua de vidrio que se pueden rellenar de agua potable en el pasillo en lugar de generar basura con botellas de plástico! A mejorar: ante todo, seguridad. Cualquier persona puede subir por el elevador a los pisos donde están las habitaciones. Me explicó el botones que el sensor del elevador que leía las llaves para restringir el acceso no servían, así que...

"Small boutique hotel with 4 rooms. We stayed in Amber room. It had a lovely balcony, but sometimes road noise can be quite disturbing. Loved the in room nespresso. Robes and slippers were a very nice touch along with in room amenities.
Staff went above and beyond. Chef made beautiful, tasty breakfast that looked like a work of art. We had an early morning tour booked and even though we couldn't stay for breakfast we were offered pastries and coffee to go! Neighborhood is quaint yet lively. ...
