"Fairly Basic - Close to Smith and walking distance to downtown. Staff were pleasant. I would have liked to be able to make hot water in the room, but they do have a nice area inside the main lobby to find snacks and warm up water."

"The property was clean except for my shower door did not close so water leaked onto the floor. I brought this up to the staff. I was there for three weeks. Nothing was done. Most of the staff was very friendly. There was a few that did not even say hi after I did. The worst thing was the noise at night. I’m not sure if people live full-time at this hotel but I heard doors slamming, and people talking in the hallways between 1 and 4 AM which made it hard sometimes to sleep Otherwise, the continental breakfast was good the lady and a gentleman who work it were very nice and friendly. I travel for business. I did feel safe there, which was good."

"When I made the reservation, I chose a hotel that was pet friendly; this was why I chose this hotel. When I checked out, as I was literally walking out the door, the morning front desk agent informed me there will be a $75 pet charge. The morning desk agent told me that the check in agent the previous day should have informed me of the pet charge, but that agent did not. No other staff member at the hotel informed me that there was a pet charge at check in. The desk agent at check out told me this policy is listed on their web site. I told her I didn't reserve the room on the web site to know of this charge because I made the reservation through Expedia. Therefore, I am protesting the $75 charge with Expedia and with the management staff at the hotel. "
