This hotel was a last minute pick due to a missed flight. Our original hotel in Navigli was wonderful! Thank God because this hotel was a nightmare. We checked in quite late and I was traveling with my teen son. The front desk guy was asking for too much information considering we had US passports. After we FINALLY got the keys, the room was small but cozy with a comfy bed. BUT THE BATHROOM! straight out of hell! as soon as I walked in, it reeked of urine, it smelt like a public mens room. The sink had horrible odor coming from the drain and every crevasse and corner of the bathroom was grimy. The bathroom needed a good scrub and new grout along the baseboards and shower area. It was the worse bathroom I had ever stayed at and we travel a lot. I was way too late to complain, way after midnight and we were checking out next day to catch our flight. We both got a nice comfy sleep, as I said the room itself was nice for a short stay. It was actually cute and modern. However, I can not get over the bathroom. That morning I refused to shower because I could
not shower in a filthy bathroom. One thing I'm not going to do is shower in a dirty bathroom. We did bird baths instead a got out of there, we couldn't wait to get out of that dive. Now I wish I had spent the extra $100.00 and gotten us a nice hotel but heck, the trip was over, we just missed our flight. Trip over, money low, it's time to go! Thank God this was not our main stay hotel or our entire trip would’ve been ruined!
