The hotel is close to the Milano Centrale train station so it’s perfect if you are going to take day trips to other Italian cities. It was perfect for our purposes. Also, there are buses to Malpensa Airport across the street from the train station which are very reasonable and convenient. If we return to Milan in the future, we would stay there again.

Central location, 5 minute walk from the central train station and metro. Staff very helpful and the room was small but clean and comfortable. Perfect for one night stay.

Very close to the Milan by Central Station! Don’t know how the breakfast was as I had to leave very early in the morning! There is a beautiful church just opposite of the Hotel! It is a quiet area even though is closed to the Central Station! Lots of good places to eat nearby! Food indoors market is good!

The Madison Hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. My room did have some issues (broken toilet paper holder and some tape holding a piece together in the shower) but all in all it was great. The beds were comfortable and the room overall was very clean and quite spacious. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed spending three nights at this hotel. It was in close proximity of Milano Centrale, which is the main train station in Milan. The hotel itself is currently being renovated, so some rooms have a newer updated interior. The only drawback is that our keys did not work every night so we had to go down to reception every night in order to have our keys re-activated. Hotel does offer breakfast which is €15. Overall this is a great hotel based on location and proximity to the main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service we received on arrival from Emili was exceptional. The room was very small however with the double bed pushed against the wall making for an uncomfortable sleep. The bathroom had been renovated and was fitted out nicely. Breakfast was superb with excellent service from the staff. Public transport is close to hand and good affordable eating options as well. Walking distance to old town was a way, but a lovely walk. Should you not want to walk the public transport was easy to manage

I stayed here because of the American name- Best Western, and thought I would get an American type bed (not a twin) with some support, and good A/C! The A/C did not work well and the person who they sent into my room to fix it said he didn't know that much and just said, it's working fine. Don't stay here, worst hotel of my two weeks in Europe so far!
