The lighting in the room was a problem. When you turn off "all" the lights... there are dozens of very bright LEDs that you can not turn off.
On both sides of the bed, the TV, the HVAC unit on the wall, and when you make even the slightest movement in the room, automatically the bathroom lights turn on and so does the "night lights"....
Not good when you are trying to sleep. Sleep should be fulfilled in a dark room, not one with dozens of lights.
Additionally, the main light in the ceiling wouldn't turn off as it was supposed to. It just stayed on. I called the front and they spoke to me like I was dumb/confused "you just turn the light off and it goes off" - then I explained and they sent maintenance.
Took them 30 minutes to get someone to the room at 11 PM when we were trying to sleep. Then he wasn't able to fix the light and told us to "wait until tomorrow" we slept with the light on all night. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and this was our experience in the room...
Also, no Netflix or streaming. Just basic news tv channels.
The hotel was nice, but the staff, the lighting, and the tv in the room have lots of opportunity for improvement.
