Great little place

Myself and my son stayed for 3 nights for the Italian GP. The hotel is a little outside of central Milan but we knew this beforehand. The hotel was clean and friendly. The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke English very well. Theres plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and the ones down by the canals are great.

The hotel is Modern, clean, has excellent Buffet, very pleasant and helpful staff. It appears to be new, and has refrigerators, safe, good showers, new TV, good air condition. The surrounding area can get noisy, traffic..McDonalds and KFC adjoin the building.

Absolutely fantastic on all counts. Breakfast is wonderful with made to order coffee. Air conditioning is super robust and reliable. Rooms are modern and clean. Best of all the staff- so friendly and accommodating! And location can’t be beat. At this price point it’s a no-brainer!

Good hotel and friendly staff

Clean room and friendly staff. Good location for good price. If your sensetive to sound then at the first floor you might hear the McDonald's customers outside during the weekend. But not too loud. Clean bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. But little narrow shower if you are little big. And the temperature control was tricky to keep right temperature of water. But safe, fridge and smart tv in the room. So all in all would stay again.

Excellent location. I had a problem with my toilet constantly making a sound, I told the front desk and when I came back later that that day it was fixed. Good service.

The hotel was ok. But there was a particular male staff who was not nice and it appeared he was profiling. He wasn’t helpful atall and had a terrible attitude. This is particular to that staff because for the same issue another staff had a completely different approach and offered a seamless solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of this.

The hotel exterior was under construction and the view was blocked completely. It was not written anywhere and the prices was not adjusted properly. The hotel is clean and nice and the staff is very welcoming and polite.

Nice staff. Especially the breakfast server was very attentive. They ask for your passports and won’t accept anything else as your ID, so we should have been informed of this earlier. We walked everywhere from this hotel location. Garage is off site but within walking distance. You give your key to the garage staff and just go back to pick up your car. Good for 24 hrs. Don’t exceed the time limit.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten ziemlich hart. Der Ausblick war schön, bei geschlossenen Balkon konnte man auch kaum den Straßenlärm hören. Das Frühstück war etwas mager aber alles was da war war hygienisch und lecker! Straßenbahn und Busse sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen genau so wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehenswürdigkeiten waren auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nun aber zum Personal! Alle an der Rezeption sind wirklich super freundlich, hilfsbereit, nett und absolut sympathisch. Als es meinem Mann nicht so gut ging haben sie uns einen Wasserkocher und Tee aufs Zimmer gebracht. Danke
