Room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, air conditioner was working fine, hotel located in very good place near tram stop in both directions so it is very helpful to go till city centre by tram or walk 20min. Very good value. Styling and cleanliness of rooms is exceptional. Breakfast also wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The street the hotel is on seems like it would not support such a hotel but just walk to the corner and you are back to what you expect. The rooms are very small but so well laid out and furnushed it is not a problem. I will be back to Milan in the spring and will choose the same hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Roxy was exactly what we needed it to be. Comfortable, clean and in a good position to get into central city. Would definitely stay here again. Also, they stamp your car parking ticket to get a reduced rate. Very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I have is that there is a very loud trolley that runs in front of the hotel, almost 24 hours a day. We barely slept the first night. I asked to switch to a room at the back of the hotel, which was perfect. Hotel is well enough located and has good restaurants nearby.

As a new yorker, i like staying in modern hotels and this place fit the bill. clean efficient rooms that had everything my friend and i needed for a night or two in milan. great value booking last minute. had we booked in advance i don’t know if i would have wanted to pay twice as much. comfortable beds! the high floors in the back are very quiet i didn’t hear any noise
