Propreté minimum mais appartement spacieux

Appartement fonctionnel et spacieux mais assez ancien et pas très propre. Le coin cuisine est bien équipée et propre. Les salles de bain sont sales (brosse de toilettes juste immonde!) et le réglage de l'eau est un calvaire. Soit l'eau est gelée soit brûlante ! Difficile de prendre une douche dans ces conditions. La literie est bonne et l'appartement est bien équipé. A 15 min à pied du métro 1. Une chambre sans rideau donc réveil à 7h. Rue assez bruyante car le vieux tram passe toute la nuit juste à l'angle de l'immeuble. La climatisation fonctionne très bien.
