"Pros: Breakfast was great. It was good value and a nice way to start busy days. Hotel was fairly modern with room cleaning every day. Cons: Our in-room fridge couldn’t keep items at a cool level. Hotel Is located just out of reach of major tourist attractions by walking. Perhaps a minimum of 25/30 minutes on foot to get to major attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"접근성 좋고 주변 음식점도 좋습니다. 마트 가기에도 너무 좋고 조식도 최고입니다"

"Very good"

"The staff were brilliant, specially Daniela! First room smelling but we moved to other room. The other room was good. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive, the basic food. It is around 20-30 minutes far from train station!"

"El cuarto que me asignaron tenía un ruido de gotera que no paraba y un zumbido inexplicable. Al solicitar una solución, el personal de mantenimiento fue grosero y el personal de recepción fue poco eficiente. El hotel promete un servicio reducido de restaurante 24 horas pero al solicitar algo del menú para llevar desayuno en el tren, informaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado. Las toallas que nos fueron entregados tenían pelos."

"Good prime location, very friendly staff in the restaurant, with special mention to Rose and team during breakfast. A very good breakfast. The room size is probably not ideal. We had asked for adjacent rooms as travelling with family and also were staying for a week but disappointinly we were located in two different rooms. The reception said ours were in a larger room with a blacony which it niether was. Couldn't be bothered changing it so just got settled but felt the reception wasn't that...

"The place was clean but the shower leaked onto the floor, I had to jiggle the toilet button yo stop it from running but although they say the have airport shuttle, they charge."

"This place isn’t really a 4-star hotel. It looks like the rooms you get through Expedia are the old, smelly ones on the second floor. We booked two rooms, and one of them reeked of sewage—almost unbearable. No one even offered to move us to a different room. The pillows were awful, and the TV remotes in both rooms didn’t work. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent."

"Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ tiện nghi. Giường ngủ ngon."

"We loved our stay! The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was fantastic 💕.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Milan."

"Great hotel and its location is second to none!!!"
