"This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at someone walked in my room while I was in the shower and it scared my dog who’s my service animal and they kicked me out immediately told me I had to leave because I had a dog even though they knew I had a dog I will never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They’re shady."

"We had booked a superior room but were assigned to a room in an outbuilding that didn’t have an elevator. The room and bathroom were plenty large but without a balcony and a window that faced into another building. The staff very kindly changed rooms for us."
