Pool was closed and the maintenance man was rude when asked why it was closed when the front desk worker said it would be open at a specific time. I also asked for extra towels from the front desk and worker told me to go get them from the laundry room. The breakfasts were not near what is pictured. "I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush.
