"I didn't like anything about this hotel. We arrived and it was closed due to death of owner since more then 12 days. With a little note (in Turkish) on the front door. Somebody helped us calling the number, he was in Istanbul; so he sent somebody to open it for us. He came after 2 hours while we are waiting in the street. Very dirty, all over, no service, no breakfast, nothing was there to support our stay, we hardly spent the night. At least they should have removed the hotel from your site and...

"Excellent. From the rooms to the perfect breakfast. The only hotel that recognized my status on Expedia and upgraded. Helpful staff from the reception to the people cleaning rooms and the breakfast staff. We will return. Centrally located and highly recommend it "

"We booked on expedia, the room we booked and the room that was given on arrival did not match, they have multiple photos of different rooms for the one option which is misguiding. "Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. "The room and facilities were excellent, especially for the price. However, there was one incident that astonished me. I was eating breakfast and they have a few cats that wander around the dining area. One of them jumped onto where the buffet is and started eating the cheese and meats. Somebody called one of the staff over, and he removed the cat and put it outside, but he just left the food that the cat was eating where it was for other guests to eat."
