"We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and always have a pleasant stay.
Hotel is spacious, has lovely garden settings to walk out, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds,
Staff always pleasent and helpful and we have never had any issues.
Pool area and steam and sauna rooms are great, although can sometimes get quite busy. Not yet used the spa facilities or the huge golf area as our stays are normally eat, quick pool usage, breakfast and go.
Highly recommend"

Nostalgic visit and fell short of expectations.

"This hotel is right by the airport. very easy to find. Decent sized carpark; £10 a night. my room was a long walk to the front door and a bit baffling to find. There are signs but a bit invisible and they could do with more info just after the meeting rooms hall (and the staff know this, they were not at all surprised when I had to ask how to get there twice). This was my only gripe and I have bad knees. In my younger days i would have been fine. Food in the bar & room service were great. Staff...

"Basic, but OK. Felt the room could do with a refresh. Staff were very good, apart from one on reception who told me I would have to pay for parking in the hotels own car park! Thankfully this was not the case. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. My room had a connecting door to the next room, which although locked, wasn't soundproof and I could hear what they were watching on TV until late. I didn't use the bar or other facilities, so can't comment on these."

"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there).
For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."
