"The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. "Front desk asked for card for incidentals but didn’t say the amount they were AUTHORIZING and when I asked why she didn’t tell me the amount she argued with me that she said it was for incidentals which wasn’t what I was asking. She then walked away and got who I assume is her husband and then another man walked up so that it was 3 people bullying me instead of just addressing my concern. "The lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the balcony was dirty and hadn't been swept. The bathroom was tiny with the sink out in the room. The breakfast was mediocre with a sign saying there was sausage but instead was bacon. The cleaning person did not speak English and kept sending us in a wrong direction when we were trying to find our room The only good thing I can say is the trainer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
