"Clean and comfortable room. Great little outside pool."

"Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift. Wallpaper was bubbling in one of the corners as if there was a leak or something. Parking lot was full out back near our room."

"Clean room (looked recently updated/renovated); helpful staff; 1 of our keys did not work upon arrival so had to go back to the front desk and get new ones. Pool was small, and not really “heated” - the room it was was definitely warm/humid but the water felt cool. Very convenient location off the highway!"

"The room was immaculate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. The bathroom was very modern and there were plenty of towels for two. The staff were friendly and offered advice for restaurants in the vicinity. Would highly recommend for both temporary and longer stays. Great location."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"There was no shampoo so I called to get some and scheduled it for 10am but the person was there before 9. Was woken up twice by staff but wasn’t able to sleep anyway because there are no blackout curtains and the air conditioning started making a screeching sound in the middle of the night. They didn’t want to do a partial refund because “the ac issue wasn’t reported” but considering I was only staying for one night, it didn’t make sense to move all my things and switch to a different room at...

"This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read.
