"The room was not bad at all for the price, but since it was raining and we were on the first floor there was a lot of bugs coming to our room. I will say the walls were a bit dusty. Overall the staff were very nice! It was also a six min drive from old town and had cute antique shops that were walkable. There is a train that passed by our room at all hours."

"The property is a little out dated but was clean and easily accessible. Staff was helpful and courteous and prompt. The AC unit is my room was not working great-room temp was not refelctive of the temp gauge on the thermostat."

"We stay here all the time. I just wish they would power wash the balconies because they are filthy, I can’t let my dog set on the balcony with me because of that. Elevators were down half the stay and they did have leaks coming from the rain. They do have a decent amount of gym equipment as well."

"Last minute overnight stay was great. Easy efficient checkin and the staff was very professional and kind. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We very content with breakfast options and check out. Location is close to restaurants. The amenities in the room were helpful too. Suggestion for roo is oil hinges on the bathroom door and a noise in the a/c but otherwise a great stay and will be back. We will recommend to family and friends if in the Jacksonville area."
