"Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was satisfying, staff was friendly. But the cushions on the couch were literally coming apart at the seams so that was less than appealing. The windows did a nice job of dampening the noise from the freeway, but the fan on the air conditioner was very loud, with a persistent squeal, so we opted for the road noise by keeping windows open at night to maintain a comfortable room temp. The toilet was also not draining well after flushing so there was that....

"It was in a very convenient location and the best part is that you could check in your luggage early in the morning and explore Seattle until you are able to check into the hotel at 4pm. They also had services to take you to your designated pier if you are scheduled for a cruise. I highly recommend it!!"

"Check-in was very easy, with friendly staff. My room was very well laid out, and had a great view of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and was delivered to my door when I requested it (and I got to choose items from a good selection). I would ABSOLUTELY stay there again!"

"I have stayed at the Heathman in Portland many times but this one in Kirkland is not nearly as nice in my opinion. I had to wait over an hour for my room which was supposed to be ready at 4. I called at 1 for an earlier check in because I had to be at an event at 5:30. My room wasn't ready until 5:15. Seems to be way understaffed. Many other people were also waiting for their rooms. "
