"Great hotel for the price, really nice pool area."

"Excellent mattress in room, but dust bunnies under the bed. Some electrical plugins didn't work. They reused coffee grounds during breakfast instead of putting fresh grounds in the 2 coffee makers in the breakfast room. Continental breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. (same ole, same ole). A side of just sausage would have been nice. Nothing exceptional, just average for the price, of a 30 year old hotel."

"Two night stay and the A/C was not working in our room (and others). They did provide a large fan and offered 25% off the room rate. We stayed at Hotel Meade twice previously, about 20 years ago, and the hotel is not as nice as I recall. Rooms could use updates and the outdoor patio area should be better maintained. "We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

"We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."

"We arrived late night and were greeted by staff. We checked into our room and discovered the tv remote didn’t work. We went downstairs to have breakfast which was very little to choose from. The bowls of tangerines and apples had a sign on them that said fruit not washed. No sink around to wash them. We asked the man at the desk to please fix our tv remote and asked for fresh towels. We left for the day. We left our sign on the door that said please make up room. Got back to our room around 8...

"Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK."
