"We have stayed here before and the location and value is the general attraction to this property. The bed in our room was completely unacceptable since the mattress slanted from right to left with at least a 4 inch height difference from side to side. We didn't notice this until 11:30 PM when we were done for the day so I wasn't going to call the hotel manager to be moved to a new room at that time of night. "Great location for event we were attending. We did not use any of the amenities that were offered. Rooms are updated and clean. Great little balcony to sit on after a day of running around. I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night.
