I had to request refill room products 3 times before they delivered. Our TV was not working at first. There was no free continental breakfast. There was no room tidy up. The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful, to a degree. "

"I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Although they made an effort to tidy and clean it after I expressed my concerns, I believe the rooms in this hotel require a deep cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful."
