The elevator didn’t work when we got there, hair dryer in our room didn’t work, and when you try to take a shower during the day the water won’t get hot. The pool had a weird film on the water and made me very sticky and itchy when getting out. "

"What a beautiful resort. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a text every day asking about our stay and if there was anything I needed. Since the property is very large, all you have to do is go to the desk in the lobby and ask for someone to take you in a golf cart to anywhere and they are glad to accommodate you. We would definitely go back to this resort when we are in the area again."
