"It done what it said a clean place to stay while visiting had everything we needed. Quite building nice neighbours. Walkung distance to shops and food place 5 min from pub. Warm cosy flat. Definitely booking again. "

The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. Tried to keep an open mind went to open windows but the bathroom and one bedroom didn’t open at all. It all needed a good clean so put the immerser on and waited, I am still waiting. "Pier view is a lovely little house with everything that you will need in a home from home. The views from the property are amazing and Mesmerising. There is plenty to see and do in the area too with walks and botanical gardens close by and not to far away from supermarkets and shops if needed. Would highly recommend if you just want to get away from it all and relax."

The Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe a small card or laminate with a simple breakdown of how to use may be helpful for future guests, particularly if they drink tea. I'm due to book again next year though and looking forward to it"

"The staff at the hotel were all lovely people which made our stay something special. Our only negative comment is the TV in the room is way too small and the remote was very worn. The breakfast and dinner quality & options were excellent, prices were all good and service at all levels was top rate. Thank you to all the staff! We would highly recommend this hotel"
