"Check-in was ok, staff was pretty helpful but a bit surly. Property is old and in need of renovation but clean enough. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. The sink in the bathroom had plenty of pressure but not the shower. It was barely a trickle!
The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit.
The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs.
Check out was easy since I was pre-paid.

"Property is extremely run down. The bottom of the toilet was leaking and the room smelt stuffy. The lady who checked us in was amazing but they have a deposit fee that nobody is aware of they say it gets refunded but I’m still waiting on it. The carpets are stained. We had some questionable stains on our pillows and there were holes in the ceiling. I’d pay the extra money to stay elsewhere next time."

"The staff was very friendly during check the check in process however I never received a welcome cookie like I previously saw other reviewers mentioned. Also there was no microwave in the room so I could not reheat any leftovers. There was also a $150 incidental fee charged that I was unaware would be charged during check in. The room was very clean but the bathroom needs to be renovated as the sink wood bottom was cracked and peeled off."

"This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area.
