"The room was spotless, the staff were nice and the air conditioning worked great. The only issue that we had is, there was a deposit that we were unaware of, and they couldn’t take our card which was not disclosed in the agreement when booking so we had to find a card and add money to it that they could accept. They cannot take chime, cashapp, Venmo or any prepaid cards but chime is an actual bank account they refused to take."

They began carpet cleaning like no one was in the room, additionally they left the door open and unlocked. The staff didn't take our concerns to heart. When we were explaining the situation, the manager kept smirking and dismissing our claim. Besides that the room was standard."
