"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently).
Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily.
Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"The location of the property was perfect for walking around the city. The staff were kind and very professional. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."
