"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"This hotel was adequate for my extended stay of 6 nights. It was affordable."

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"Nice rooms, friendly staff, great views!"

"The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels"

"The room was pretty clean . However the shower water kept feeling up and it sucks that the bathroom didn’t have a tub , Also it was sad that they was noise being made when it was late on Saturday. However it did not stop there on Sunday when we needed our rest to head back to Virginia. We could not sleep it felt as though they were doing construction work. After calling the front desk they called back and said they were sleeping . However the noise kept on so we decided to check out and head on...

"I did not like the room. The room is not properly clean. The staff are friendly. The location is closed to gas station and shops ."

"The room smelled of dust and mold. Woke up with a wicked sinus headache. The shuttle is not reliable.. waited an hour and half at the casino for the shuttle because the hotel front desk said she would be right there. Needless to say she never came and I had to get an Uber back."

"As soon as you walked into the hotel all you could smell was marijuana. Room smelled-musty Breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Coffee was cold. Shower head was nasty with hard water stains. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty. And the shower when in made loud scratching noises. I will never stay at one of these hotels again, I’d rather pay a little more money eh and stay somewhere else."

"Not clean nor maintained"

"The staff were very helpful, service in the restaurant was great. The washrooms are very small, very tight to close the door, only one person at a time is the only way it works. Would like to see more fruit for breakfast, the photos show berries, strawberries, bananas , etc but most days we have an apple and or an orange. Sometimes a banana . But certainly no strawberries, and on a few occasions black berries and blue berries. would like to see things more consistent. ."

"Love the breakfast tacos"
