The staff was very friendly, communicative and ready to assist with our requests and issues however these issued left a dent in our stay. The room did not feel very clean during checkin and bathroom seen better days. "Room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location as was away from main hustle and bustle of the port. Negatives were that the shower was very compact and had a faulty button for ensuring the water came out the ceiling faucet. The doors only opened so far and you had to slide yourself in very claustrophobic! Fat or tall people would not fit in the cubicle!"
