I had to check in late, but the receptionist was very accommodating in making sure I could check in. Rooms were very nice, just wish I had more time to use the spa facilities.

Had to ask for a room change on arrival as too many steps at various intervals on way to room E.g bathroom had 2 step drop into the room. Not ideal for elderly couple.
