"We had issues with the shower. The elevator sounded horrible and took forever to come, it was only 3 floors. There were several spots in the carpet. I was not offered a pro rated refund when we had to check out early. Highly dissatisfied"

"Very good breakfast. Tippy in the breakfast area was very welcoming and made sure you had everything you needed. She walked around and greeted everyone. Website does not explain that there is a charge for a dog. Had to pay an additional 75.00 at time of check in. "

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."

" This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...
