The sheets were stained with blood. The bed was completely broken on one side. I was unable to sleep comfortably. We are still waiting to be contacted by someone from the hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the complementary breakfast area is very clean and the food is yummy. Eggs were a little watery though, but that’s OK!
