"The room was spotless. The shower was wonderful. We got hot water right away and plenty of towels. Amenities were readily available. The hot breakfast and the kickback at 5:30pm were also a wonderful addition to the stay. The food was delicious and the service was also great. Everything was also within walking distance and very convenient . We intend on coming back for a return visit in the future. "

"Walking in the place has a real warm feel. The folks that greeted me at the front desk were genuine, warm, and very kind. You can tell they love their work place. Customer Service was amazing!!! I had my dog and they had so many wonderful amenities for her from bowls, treats, a name board, a plush squeaky toy, and best of all a pink bandana! Spoiled rotten as was I. The food was good. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. I loved the two days I stayed there and highly recommend it!"

"The room was wonderful, but it wasn't the one we reserved with Hotels.com. It sounds like your system wasn't set up to realize that room was not available. Saint Kate made it right by us and we will forever be grateful. "

"Love the hotel and staff. But $50 to feed to people is a but much. Thats is $150 a day. On top of paying for parking everyday."
