"The hotel is clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful, airport shuttle was fast to pick us up and was ready on time to take us to the airport in the early morning. Easy access to the city Green Line bus to downtown. Flight sounds are a bit loud at night which is no surprise for an airport hotel but it didn’t hurt our sleep. Beds are very comfortable and clean. "

"Add said the room was a queen and after booking changed to a single but offered a $20 credit. No staff was there the whole weekend and never responded after I agreed to take the nonexistent credit. Bed had 2 small, very uncomfortable pillows ended up buying some of our own at Walmart. Door had a large space between the floor and door frame letting significant drafts of cold air in."
