"Three buildings but one elevator. Laundry did not have a change or detergent vending. Needed more regular coffee in the room. Close to MKE airport. Refrigerator did not have a freezer. Shades did not keep the room dark. Parking good."

"The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds."

"Add said the room was a queen and after booking changed to a single but offered a $20 credit. No staff was there the whole weekend and never responded after I agreed to take the nonexistent credit.
