Spent $250.00 to get a room where half the lights didn’t work and the tub had standing water when you showered which was gross. Mentioned it upon checking out and wasn’t even given a “I’m so sorry” or “how can we make this right?”
We scheduled room service and one of the workers called and said they were too busy and that we’d have to come down and pick it up - no biggy - however, she didn’t even have it ready when we went down.
The front desk guy didn’t even know what time room service was available for (we checked in at 7pm) so that was odd.
And we scheduled a shuttle for 4:15am and when we got down to the lobby at 4:16am - the shuttle already left and we had to wait 15 more minutes.
Needed a shuttle back as well (this was mentioned upon check in with times prior) and waited 20 minutes outside the airport for it to come back.
I usually love Hilton (never had an issue before) and this one was really disappointing.
