"Friendly staff"

"Both rooms we stayed at were clean, but need updates and maintenance. The a/c in the 1st room (room 15) we stayed was loud and kept me awake all night. The a/c in the 2nd room (room 17) we stayed at was quieter, but there was no towel holder (it was broken and taken out) and the sink was broken and almost falling. Aside from those, the breakfast was good and all staff were excellent. We had different rooms because I had to rebook for additional day."

Staff fixed it pretty quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and AC worked so all good. You get what you pay for, definitely budget. It was close to the wharf and walking distance to the busy area. You cannot beat its location. "

"Auf keinen Fall wieder! Nicht die gebuchte Kategorie bekommen, ohne etwas zu sagen! Zimmer nicht sauber! Personal nicht gut!"

"This is not a place I recommend if you expect a nice hotel. You have to cut the ac off when leaving your room. There were some kind of bugs in my bed that were biting me. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The noise from the street is loud. "

"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. Wi-Fi here is not great, but you don't go to Palawan to stay in all the...
